Board

Our diverse Board consists of eleven leaders who are passionate about advancing early childhood education.

With hands-on experience, qualifications and business acumen, our directors provide thoughtful strategic guidance and sound decision-making.

Our President – Kate Ryan

As President of the Preschool Directors Association of SA, Kate brings 40 years’ experience in South Australian early childhood education including more than 16 years as leader of an integrated long day care and preschool early childhood service.

Kate has been an active member of a national early childhood organisation since 2001, both as an executive member, branch president and director on the national board. These two experiences have been mutually beneficial in Kate building a wide range of professional skills such as effective advocacy, governance, and leadership.

Kate is a strong advocate for public preschool provision and raising the status and profile of preschool leaders across our State.
