 Our diverse Board consists of eleven leaders who are passionate about advancing early childhood education.

With hands-on experience, qualifications and business acumen, our directors provide thoughtful strategic guidance and sound decision-making.

Our President –

Jenny Kustermann

As a past Vice President and now President of the Preschool Directors Association of SA, Jenny has a long-time connection with the Association. She brings extensive leadership expertise as a Department for Education preschool director across a number of sites as well as in DfE Corporate.

Drawing on her broader experience as a UniSA tutor, SAASSO trainer, Leader Advisor and, more recently, in the Business Improvement Division for DfE, Jenny brings knowledge and experience from a range of connected services.  Her strength is in building connections and she aims to bring PDA members together in a range of ways for support and collegiality.

Jenny is passionate about the provision of public preschools and is committed to advancing the recognition, status, and influence of preschool leaders across South Australia.
