Strategic Directions

The Preschool Directors Association of South Australia has five strategic directions to focus its work

To strengthen the profile of early childhood leadership through focussed work on professional knowledge.
To advocate for children 0-8 as members of the community who require especially designed services with appropriately qualified, specialist leaders.
To advocate standards for developmentally educationally and socially appropriate learning environments for young children 0-8.
To campaign for equity of funding for the non-compulsory years of education.
To expand and strengthen the capability of pre-school directors to undertake their role more effectively and efficiently.
